Well, this dictionary says it's 'the state or art of diluting', which is not particularly helpful. The next entry, though, is 'diluvial', which means 'pertaining to or caused by a flood or deluge, esp. the Biblical flood'. Could be a clue there One of my wives is raggin on me about something she calls Real Life ... if I remember correctly, she was on about the same thing last year about this time .... gotta go ..... cheers
