SANTA MONICA, Calif., May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Digitcom Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: DGIV - news) announced the appointment of Maha El Kelish as Vice President for Middle East Operations. Ms. El Kelish brings many year's experience in telecommunications and digital voice processing, as well as valuable access to several Middle Eastern markets, into Digitcom management's fold.
