Except in your case, if you believe your doomsday perspective on life, your the type of rat that jumps on board for the laughs. (LOL)

This investment is better than a day time soap opera, including the comments of this thread.

While I am not abandoning ship (it is not sinking, yet), if Lair was a temporary fixture I wonder if IR could have done a better job of preparing us for an early exit?
