Yes! Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition! CYI should get some notice on the street. However I believe that deep pocketed individual investors will have to carry the price above 5 before the institutions will start to get very serious about it. Perhaps then some brokerages may pick up some coverage. It would seem to me that $12 for a long term goal may be on the conservative side, but if 12 months is their definition of long term, $12 may be reasonable about this time next year; but longer (18-24 mo.) $17-20 would seem within reason (no guarantees, of course).
