I agree, and would also like to add that the general trend in Y2K stocks seems to be down lately. SEEC came out with pretty good earnings, and still went down, while CMND said something with their earnings that caused their stock to plummet. In this environment, I think ACLY needs to exceed expectations in order for their stock to rise in response to earnings. I think the issue of how a company will continue to grow post Y2K may be part of the reason for this trend. As everyone wants to own a growing company, and it's hard for many to see how a Y2K company will continue to grow once the big deadline is past, then I think the story has been played out and this gets reflected in the stock price.

Craig
