Ok ... I know a lot of people that buy Lease Drill Options (That is what McAndrews does for a living) Why do you think I was raising so much hades over McAndrews.

#1 Dan Fisher was the president and I guess be responsible for whoever he hired that improperly registered those options securities. Now I tell everyone that buying lease oil well options or securities is like throwing money in the sewer. But occassionally some hit. I have a friend that has hit one and is getting 7K a month for as long as the well is pumping. (Cease and stop which he immediately did to my understanding)

Resolutions: Attorneys Richard E. Daniels, San Antonio, TX presented a 3 or 4 page opinion siting supreme court rulings that covers every state and the case was dropped immediately. Nothing has been heard of since. SEC made an inquiry and never found warrant of anything and dropped it for having no merit. Opinon is available upon request. Call Dan Fisher and it is in the disclosure when Arcon was acquired by MIDL. It will be in the 10K. Nothing was sold nor one individual ripped off.

#2 Fisher again was a general partner and I guess be responsible for whoever he hired (firm) that improperly cold called and so forth.

Resolution: that was an issue with a Federal Trade Commission. Richard E. Daniels resolved this witht he exact same 3 or 4 page opinon. It was again dropped for having no merit. This is a federal trade commission merely handling customer complaints. Nothing was sold nor one individual ripped off.

I find it convient you show up today as this stock gets stronger and stronger. Seen you types before. Like I tell everyone beware the naysayers. DF-144 is being tested by a major refining company and several others are in discussions for testing.

Look regardless of what dirt you come up with DF-144 has been tested over 200 times 1 million dollars has been spent on it. SO again the focus is not previous possible black eyes. Every company has it skeletons no one or company does everything that the FTC will not on occassion question corporate activities. THAT IS WHAT THEY DO.

Good research who ever you are. All this proves is that the FTC does its job.

Do you have any idea how many Daniel Fisher's are in just the state of Texas alone??? 200+

Suppose that 1% have a middle initial that starts with W, conservativly that means there are at least 2 Daniel W Fisher's in just the state of texas.

Besides this is America, where people are presumed innocent until proven guilty, and where just about anybody can get named as a defendent in a lawsuit even though they did nothing wrong but one of their affiliates did. If you've got money and ANY connection no matter how weak can be made you will be a defendant.

Let's assume it is the same Daniel Fisher.

Daniel Fisher has over 20 years of experience in the oil&gas industry. Was he the geologist?? No. Was he the sales/telemarketing person?? No. Was he the lead in the technical aspects of drilling, assuming that the info from the geolgist was right?? Probably.

How many shares are you trying to shake?? You join SI, and spend $125, and this is your first post.

Oh Please. Will someone please give me just a little break??

First of all, a complaint does not a wrong-doing make. LOL...Being in the insurance business, I get sued all the time. Seems that every time a claim is denied, I get sued for bad faith. I think it like 30 something times last year.

Unfortuantely, in American society these days, it has become the custom that when somebody pisses you off, you sue them, or lodge a formal complaint against them. Too funny.

Just because someone launches a complaint, it does not mean that a wrongdoing has taken place. Most times, it is just the opposite.

Heck, I hope nobody feels the need to crawl up my backside with a microscope as they have Mr. Fisher's. God only knows WHAT they would find.

As we say in politics, if you don't already have a past, get ready, someone will make one up for you. I guess it is true with investing too. Everytime someone is doing well, there is some pathetic loser out there who cannot accept the fact that good things come to others, and they have to try to make something ugly of it.

My questions to you TMB, are threefold. #1)What did Mr. Fisher do to piss you off #2) Do you have a position in this company, and #3) Do you have any skeletons in your closet?

Just My Opinion,
Binder
