my take on what's going on: whoever was doing due diligence on cita did not like what they found and are taking a hike. OR the offer price has dramatically declined. But it seems like our "intelligence" information is not correct.

CITA is not acting like a company about to be taken over at a 70% premium.

You're absolutely right. This stock is finished. Nobody's going to pay anything for that piece of crap. Prepare yourself for the eventual announcement, "they want to remain independent".

Total disaster.
