a) I think we already know who the 3 companies are...somebody already called and posted their names.
b) as for NOT naming them being cockamamie...I disagree. I know that many companies DO NOT readily give out their names for Press Releases in certain situations. Example: at both CNBC AND UNV, I have been involved in the purchase of computer systems software. In EVERY case, the company we purchased from wanted to issue a press release with our company name on it. In MOST cases, we would not allow it, for various reasons: we didn't want competition to know who we were doing business with, the company we did business with was unrecognized (small) and we didn't want the potential of any negative repercussions for not doing business with a large vendor, as well as legal issues.
I can see many reasons why they cannot issue the names publicly, and therefore don't have a problem with it. At least they issued the revenue figures, which (to me) is a far more meaningful piece of information.
We can't always have it 100%. If we got the names, and not the revenue, we'd be pissed. Instead, we got the revenue, and not the names. Personally, I prefer the second way.

HELLO.. the 3 companies have ALREADY been stated here.. they had
to leave them out or rather chose to due to "non disclosure" agreements ... other other reasons we may not be privy to.
