Should save you a few calls and e-mails: 1) Shares Outstanding/Shares in float APPROX. 20M OUTSTANDING, 12M FLOAT 2) When will the company report quarterly financials? SHORTLY . For what quarter? MAR. 31/98 3) Can you provide (or will you report) pro-forma projections for revenues, earnings? NOT AT THIS TIME 4) Is the Fuzhou Fujiang Drug Company acquisition complete? NO 5) I've read the deal would result in the potential of up to 70 tonnes of ginseng distributed to China. What does this equate to in revenue? AS GINSENG IS A COMMODITY AND PRICES FLUCTUATE, WE CANNOT ANSWER THIS QUESTION AT THIS TIME. 6) When does the company anticipate generating positive income? 1998 7) What were revenue/earnings for fiscal 1997. NIL 8) Virtually no public news has been produced by the company and placed on news wires. Is the company going to hire a PR firm or do something to generate interest in the stock? IN THE PROCESS OF DOING SO. 9) Does the company meet the minimum qualifications for a larger market listing (except for stock price, of course)? What is the current asset base for the company? NO 10) Is the stock traded on any other exchanges (Canadian or European)? NO 11) Can we anticipate any additional news items in the near future? As investors, we're trying to do what we can to get the word out about RMGG, but we are working with very limited information since you are not yet a reporting company.
