I have to disagree here. You can't value Microsoft (very high unit volume, relatively high margins) as you would, say, Ford (high volumes, enormous tangible assets, relatively low margins) or Boeing (relatively low volumes - in numbers sold - but very high margins. Right now, TSIS seems more like Boeing to me, but when the inevitable competition comes, we have to hope that it is a Microsoft i.e. numbers rise at a faster rate than the rate of drop in margin due to that competition. This is why it is so critical to be established early in the game. The jump on the competition may make all the difference in the world.
