DD on ASRF is slim..... It seems pretty hard to do much DD on Astris. Most of the web info is old, people seem to be having trouble contacting them by phone, and they don't file SEC forms. Yet the potential is so great. I believe from what little I can find out that the float is only a few million shares, that the child's jeep is being shown NOW to potential partners or contractors, and that the technology DOES WORK. I guess that the company is small, needs dollars to continue research and to build a small car prototype, and is looking for a partner with deep pockets. I wonder if the company is real or just a shell, I wonder if they have enough money to survive, and I wonder if the fuel cells and the fuel can be made cheaply enough to move into the mainstream. The potential for Astris demands that it be looked at. If they are serious about attracting partners and investors, then we need to know more. I hold a small position in Astris, consider it a crap shoot right now, and hope to learn more before I invest any other funds.
