Not ignoring, but not going into full scale panic. We are digging. I have known many instances where this type of faux pas has been made. Penna laws require a slightly different type of statement in a placement memorandum. The question is, why does this person just come on NOW and post this information NOW? That is what smells worse than the information, to me. Charger

Ray I guess I have been waiting ont he Better Business complaints, SEC complaints, Federal Trade Commission complaints. All compnaies including myself get them. However the gas and oil exploration and mining are the worse because of the speculation involved with them. All companies have them. If you research the insurance industry you will find tons of these on individuals and mangement. These agencies are the police to protect consumers from wrong doing. They check out the complaints and send a form to the company to justify the complaint or disspell it. Normal business ... Just like the internet if they make a bad investment someone is to blame not themselves. Now whether this poster has a reason or not it is not hide and in the articles of merger and the upcoming 10K. This is a fully reporting company. You can call Dan Fisher and he will be happy to send you the whole nine yards if you want. I question the negative and not posting the resolution. But maybe the resolution is not available only the complaint I do not know. Just seems funny as a stock starts getting accumulated someone conviently shows up with complaints and yesterday an assumption with crazy like a shark feeding frenzy.
