Hi, regarding the margin status of KTEL:

I've been trying to keep up my reading here and sifting through KTEL's message base, but decided to take the lazy way out. (And in turn saving me some time in what would've been a wild goose chase.)
KTEL, as of May 11, 1998, is marginable. Shortable? I'm not sure.
