Xy - Re: "How can you tell Ali #1 from Ali #2? <g>"

Good question.

First, Ali #1 almost NEVER offered any information. His posts would always be personal "slash-and-burn" attacks on anybody posting information which differed from his interpretation of the world.

By and large, his posts were rather short - since they were only attacks with not much information content, if any.

Secondly, his posts indicated a less sophisticated use of common (Americanized) English.

Ali #2 delivers up some information and is at least argumentative without being a simple "attack dog". His posts are longer, more well thought out and presented.

Moreover, Ali #2 has a much better facility with conversational English as opposed to the original Ali (#1). This, however, does not prevent him from his own use of common American vulgarities (unfortunately).

Ali #2 seemed to surface about the time Intel launched the i740. He made his first (logical) post, rather well thought out, in discussing the relative merits of this chip.
