Any reputabable investment bankers would look at ACTC as a joke. Why do you think ABTE tell Sullivan to go to hell and the stock has performed better? Sullivan is a joke. He continued to pay way too much for everything he purchased. He has tripled the number of share outstanding while revenue only doubled. As you pointed out, he can't even find synergy to reduce cost. !!!
