Lee: I very much doubt that the ones who have already signed the CTBT
would violate it and venture into making nuclear weapons,it is the ones who haven't signed the treaty who might give it a try,Pakistan for one comes to mind,unless someone can persuade them which probably
will be a difficult thing to do.

I don't think this is a non-event much but rather an event of some significance which could change the world of international affairs, relations and policies either for the better or for the worst,only time will tell.
