Jin,

The direction this thread has taken in recent weeks borders on the sublime. The frustration among shareholders, especially those of us who have been around for a LONG time is understandable. However, we understand the merits of the company because substantial DD of a high quality has been performed. It is only a matter of time and that's why so many of the FAMH veterans have simply gone silent. Why continue to be bashed? We know what we know and that is good enough.

Some of the more recent shareholders seem to be more quickly frustrated because they got in at higher levels and the stock has not performed to their expectations. Lashing out at management seems to be the choice of this generation of investors. IMO, this is a waste of time and only perpetuates the degeneration of this thread. Certainly it's not helping our investment because any potential shareholders perceive trouble and quickly look elsewhere to place their money.

Then there are the mystery guests -- the "why are you here?" people. It is anyone's guess why they came and why they stay and why they spend so much time trashing the company and people who believe in it. I suppose that is anyone's prerogative, but for the life of me I don't understand it. These people need to get a life.

It takes all kinds and this thread certainly has them. If there wasn't money involved, it would be almost comical.

Have a good day!

Scott

TO JIN:

Keep that last life-vest close, because your boat has had a hole in it for about three weeks, and it is now SINKING!

Why not stop the bashing with some facts or news? Show this thread, since now you want to be a leader, some intelligent facts or news about this company from any other source, besides from IRA or Ms. Love? I understand taking a person's word, that trust was given out by many shareholders to Mr. Ira Monas for months. However, when there are enough compliants to the SEC about financial filings (Now, I know that they were, in the past, a non-filing company!) not being reported, that the SEC has to call FAMH's CEO - Monas? Then he says that he just signed some papers with accountants and that he doesn't know what/why shareholders are calling for and that FAMH never publicly stated anything about any filing with the SEC?

Why have you never heard from anyone else within FAMH about FAMH progress, financials, clients, business, but Mr. Ira Monas?

Why has FAMH and Ms. Love, never open up the conference calls to brokers, clients, and shareholders??? (And don't give me that Ms. Love takes faxed questions? Not!)

Why hasn't the WEBSITE gone up yet? Doesn't this reflect the technical ability of the FAMH tech. staff that is billing? Most not be all that!

THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTORS IN THE STAFFING INDUSTRY IS REVENUES, RETENTION, RECRUITING!

SHAREHOLDERS NEED TO SEND MR. MONAS A VERY CLEAR SIGNAL - TRUTH, ACCURACY, VALUE, OR SELL IMO.

Thanks,

Mackie

Jin,

I disagree with your view regarding the "non" shareholder contribution. Some people may not approve of LE's tone but
he has contributed useful information to the thread. If you
fail to realize that the stock price is down due to Fahm's
management rather than the "bashing" of the "non" shareholder
I feel sorry for you.
