He was Chairman of the Board for 20 days. He was involved with the company - in some capcacity which is now not clear (he was reffered-to as CEO in a couple of press releases, but never formally announced) - some a longer time, but still a very, very short time - not more than a couple of months. Why the heck do you elect somebody Chairman for 20 days? After they've been CEO for no more than a few weeks? Maybe they can get Gates for a day! Chainsaw Al never worked that fast. When Al Dunlap is interviewed on CNBC, he gets slack-jawed comments asking if he can really "do all that in a year".
