Lurker Post received yesterday (pre-release) by e-mail ------------------------------------------------------------- I thought I would pass along some information. I had left a message for Jack earlier and he returned my call. My main question to him was-- Why did you need this money from the shares when they supposedly have all this $$$$$ in private placement? He stated they needed some $ to get eveything rolling they need to have one deal (acquisition) before they could start using all the private placement $$. He stated again there would be a release very soon but would not say 1 day or 1 week. He said this business will be huge and great, great things soon.. Whatever.. I started to get into a little mad about him not sharing info with shareholders and always bringing out a susrprise, and he had to take another call. I still am very leary of this/ I think you made a good move by selling off some shares. DG --------------------------------------------------------------------
