OK lets not kill the messager though it does follow suit with a lot of stocks. Typically if you address the message you wonder following: 1. Newbie doing research and finding out his panic because he found something should be known to save people their money 2. Experience and depth of the DD. What is the case number, arrest, so forth and so on. 3. Business sense or experince in the matters being posted as a naysay. 4. People lie on complaints and that is why all complaints must be investigated. No one knows the reason for sloppy DD. No one knows why. Heck I want to know how he found that information myself. I tried to do a search and found nothing. HMMM I always want to know how certain information becomes public especially when the P ia justing to move. Since the P is what the hedge factor is on the common once the P AMSC gets above the common the common will have to be the hedge or the warrants. Common being cheaper and quicker since the warrants are a AMSC of $1 plus the buy price. Just thoughts GB
