"At least initially" means nothing more than it's very early in the day, and trading is slow. You are writing between the lines. I'm not disappointed. I'm an observer. I observed it go up on the open, my eyebrows raised, and I'm afraid you couldn't see that, so I wrote about it. My explanation is that likely at least SOME shareholders saw Lair's departure as positive. It didn't make sense for him to be Chairman while holding a full-time job at NEC. It looks like he finally agreed with my assesment. Party is now reluctantly agreeing with me as well. I've been saying this for a while. It just took Lair and Party a while longer to reach the same conclusion. :)
