It was disclosed today that Scott Beck sold 2.032 MILLION BOST shares last month at prices between 3 1/2 and 4 1/2. Isn't this the guy you guys were extolling as a genius who was going to turn the company around, sell it, etc. That's alright, though. I'd much rather listen to you guys who buy the stock because you think tht the food is healthy (it's not - it's unbelievably highly caloric), than to watch the insiders fleeing the ship and the bond rating agencies forecasting high odds that BOST goes bankrupt. This stock isn't worth anything - it's really that simple. For the last 20 points you guys have been making up stories to convince yourselves that the company ws going to be turned around, that the company was going to be sold, that BOST was going to enter a big JV with a supermarket chain, yada, yada, yada. Hasn't it occurred to any of you that you've been dead wrong, and that it's far more productive to liten to the facts than to make up these incredible rationalizations for staying in the stock. The bottom line is that this stock is going to zero - if you don't believe me ask Scott Beck.

Oh yeah, weren't you guys also talking about how Jenkins is going to turn the company around because he has all these new options. Not only is his track record uninspiring at best, but in addition as I'm sure has been posted many times here he got $3 million just for signing up - no matter what happens to the stock. I'd take that deal.

So go on with your ridiculous stories about the stock going to $15, being sold etc. But the facts & #s speak for themselves
