Doesn't look too bad? "Au contraire" Rover 1. I'd say that given today's Brookhaven news things look GREAT! With respect to Glasgow, if you look at all of the Company's releases there is no mention whatsoever that SLUP actually got the contract or that it even expected to. All that is stated is that they had demonstrated in a pilot project that the MBS could clean up the site and that it would be the cheapest method of doing so. Respecting John Beach, the Company fully explained that it had received only a $200,000 "good faith" payment from Beach on its 1997 payment and further pointed out that the full payment would not be made until Beach received some sort of Company Classification (I guess something akin to small cap status) from the British Govt. Moreover, I am not aware of any instance where Solucorp included in its financials any sums that it actually had not received from Beach. SO THERE ROVER 1! Now how's about revising the last line of your post to more accurately describe the immediate outlook for SLUP. Thanks for the info. from Myerson.

If the person filing the suit had shorted the sock, wouldn't that be a matter of record and wouldn't that come out during a court proceeding? Are there any lawyers out there who could respond?
