You missed the point. Someone was saying poor Jackie having to answer phones. That is what she gets paid to do. Who said she is holding investors hands? She tries to answer questions. She sounds nervous to me. I asked her how long she worked there and she came up with 2 different answers. Also, when I asked her some simple questions, she said she would put me on with someone else (I was inquiring about what their company actually does) then she came back to phone and said there was no one else to talk to. But I got the impression it was because no one else wants to get on the phone. I requested their Investor Packet. Does anyone know why their stores on Long Island closed? But are open in other states? I asked her what exactly it is that they do in THAT office (which is their head quarters)..I said things..is this just a building for payroll, or is it to manufacture stuff, I just wanted to know the reason for that building's existence..When I kept pressing the question about what does this building do, that's when she tried to put me on with someone else (with no success)That is where her nervousness came out. It is obvious to me she has no idea (or at least has no idea how to explain) the reason for that headquarters building & why it exists. The POINT? The point is, Jackie is a telephone switchboard operator.
