Any analysis or speculation as to what proportion of the combined company will be owned by existing cita shareholders? When will this information be released? What is your analysis as to value for cita shareholders?

Cita is bid at 3 1/2. What a disaster!!!!! Trading like it is a bankruptcy candidate!! Brad says this company has very little value on a stand alone basis, and this transcontinental merger has very little value "at best."
