PSO. Read the proxy. The majority of the stock is controlled by three large owners, presumably the founders. And you asked are they managing the assets to their maximum advantage? Its a net-net, so of course not. If you find a net-net and it looks like a great business with great management, step back because you're missing something. We should expect to find a lot of warts.

Done for now. With the warning in the last quarter's report and the valuation level versus historical, and the insider selling at $6, I am not willing to pay this price. Also I am waiting for a review by a close friend of mine, after he gets a package from the company. He has forgotten more about the shoe industry than I will ever know.
