(OTC BB:PKGP - news) today announced a formal change of its corporate name to Universal Express, Inc., effective June 30, 1998. PKGP stock certificates will be replaced by new certificates at the appropriate time. Additionally, PKGP announced that it will be issuing a Dividend to all shareholders coincident with the distribution of the new certificates. The Dividend will be a Warrant for additional shares of the Company's stock; specific details will be announced at a later date. ''A name change at this juncture is a natural progression for our growing company and reflects PKGP's dynamic development from its initial roots in packaging to its expansion into several subsidiaries and planned entre into international shipping'', stated Richard A.
