The only insider transactions I see are non open market (gifts,private buys) and are minimal, I see no open market buying. I looked on Vickers Insider trading. Can You be more specific and post a web sight?

The filing was an S-8, pursuant to an employee benefit plan. Not important to those looking for insider trading indications.
If you see a Form 144 filing, that may or may not be important.
