Paul, let me be the first to welcome you to the thread! Most appreciated. Nothing like having shareholders' questions answered from the "horses mouth", so to speak. Am looking forward to your participation.

Mr Paul Kavanagh

Welcome to the Thread.
I first learned of Stackpal through BBS,.But it was your leadership that made me invest in INAT.
I feel INAT has a very good future with you at the helm.
Regards,
Michel

Along with the others, Paul, I'd like to welcome you to this thread. While I hope you're far too busy to be a regular participant, your occasional participation here will signal that management places value on your shareholders. That's greatly appreciated.

By being here, you'll also be able to step on some of the goofy rumours that occasionally get started on these threads before they do much damage.

Welcome. We look forward to good things.
GLTUA,
Marcman

To Paul and others,

Like most INAT shareholders, my average entry price is significantly higher than 14 cents (23 cents to be exact). Please tell me if I am wrong here, but I feel that my chances of getting back into the black are better at current price levels than after a 10-1 consolidation. My thinking is that a 14 cent stock is more volatile (a 1 cent uptick representing 7%) and thus more likely to rise more in percentage terms when good news comes. A 1.40 stock would rise more slowly (a 1 cent uptick representing less than 1%). My experience with penny stocks seems to support this theory.

My question is: Given that the market cap remains constant, and that most of us purchased at a significantly higher price, what advantage to the average shareholder is a 10-1 consolidation?

Appreciate your thoughts (and anyone else's) on this.

Hello Mr. Kavanagh,

It's good to see you here on the board! I, like the all the shareholders here welcome your comments. I received the annual report and financial statements today via snail mail and have read your opening dialogue. I feel that with this technology, 1998 should bode well for the company. I hope to make it out for the annual meeting to participate in discussions with the growth plans for the company. If a 10 fo 1 share consolidation does take place, it will certainly be easier for the stock to move up in price providing all the right events take place. It's also good to see that after conversion of the debentures, that only 70 million shares would be outstanding as I was under the impression that it was closer to 100 million. Seven million shares is not a lot of shares and the stock could move up very quickly!

Hello Paul. Thanks for responding & welcome.
I agree the steps taken to date have been necessary for future growth & that consolidation will improve marketability. I hope , however, we don't see any future dilution as heavy as we've seen to date. I realize you were working with limited resourses.
I'm assuming that there must be good news in the near future ,otherwise, why are we even talking consolidation?
Congradulations on your work to date & I hope you can continue as a regular contributor to the tread.
Regards

Hello Paul,

Given the current share price, it would be very useful if you would comment on this thread. It's difficult to understand .03 in light of the company's apparent bright future. Help appreciated.
