Meaning, just because Yahoo signed cdnow does not mean it can not sign K-Tel (which it has because I have seen the advertisement). Some advertisers are trying to get exclusives that will not allow the source they are advertising through to advertise a competing product. In short, they want an exclusive agreement on their product sector. green

********TSIG SHARE TALLY********* I have a total of 5,681,700 shares reported to me from e-mail and private mssgs.There are a couple of holders with very big blocks which makes up most of the Total thus far.This means that lurkers and members on SI hold 31.68% of the 18 million float providing that no one has sold in the last 48 hours..I know the biggest shareholders haven't. I was encouraged by many that said they were holding onto their shares and not selling no matter what..... I will keep the tally going as I see fit.... GD
