Just got this ... a week after I requested it. The year-end earnings report will be released on Tuesday, May 19, after close of markets. The reverse split is effective as soon as the amended certificate of incorporation is filed with the State of Delaware which we did on May 11 immediately after the special meeting which approved the split. You should see it today with the letter D added to the end of our trading symbol MPRS to indicate some kind of stock transaction has taken place. Virginia Turner, Investor Relations
