MONTECHRISTO: The fundamentals are still there and are the same as for the last 1 or 2 years. Little company, dedicated to a nitch -- a very narrow one -- for success. If you take a small (weak) revenue/profit stream and then look at the balance sheet (just published) then YOU decide if they are positioned to move away from their core business. Personally, without WDS $$$$, I think Mexico is a pipe dream -- and told Mike so. My Company (RoadRider) is interested in a reseller purchase of over 30,000 units (of the WDS CDPD type) over the next 2/3 years. Only competition WDS appears to have for our contract will be GeoTek -- which has it's own problems of late. (I own a ton of GOTK). I am no longer holding any shares in WDS as of Monday. I wish to make a arms-length-deal on technology. If I'm not able to, I will come back in again as a shareholder.
