Tom, I think the trick comes down to whether or not the gene patents can hold. I don't think so. But either way, these stocks are going nowhere once the first lawsuit is announced. And PKN cn afford more lawyers than INCY, HGSI and Gene. However, I do agree that there may be benefits ahead for Incyte and the others. I just wonder if their drug development programs will get swamped if the big doper cos. can get the gene sequences on their own.
