Jim B,

Look at the trading activity that happened with CITN between the days it was NOFF and ultimately changed to CITN. Many who had their shares in street name had their shares locked up in an odd symbol on their statements and the stock performed great.

IMMM was another I was in when they changed to NAMX. I got out with a profit on NAMX and still in NOFF/CITN @ .36

Jim--As I was posting to GB to get an answer, I remember that no matter what a dividend declaration absolutely requires shorts to cover..I'm still fairly certain the name/symbol change does.

Of course, I ain't betting the ranch on that.
