Jer,

Semis are about the only stocks not overvalued and look as they should given the state of the sector. Even Dorsey liked them this morning on CNBC, first time I've heard him say he liked stocks on sale ... that's typically Kramer's line. Sector is in a bull confirmed status.

But as for the overall market, it is not clear sailing up ...

Tyx now at 5.991% probably because of good 3 yr note auction. Also, $ turned shortly after 10 am (vs mark) and bond also appreciates $ strength against mark. The main worry regarding $ weakness is reflected in the report below although it is discussing the British pound. The inflation implications are the concern.
