I just read that Broadcom has been started to be followed by three brokerage firms. Morgan Stanley started it as a neutral saying "we believe Broadcom is fairly valued at 56 per share on projected earnings of .57 in 98 and .75 in 99 . Why shouldn't they start Cube as a strong buy with a price target of say 85.

Also don't you think some of this weakness is related to the possible hold up of Win98 by the Justice Dept.
