Crossy,

I'm consfused. I'm trying to get a handle on whether the company is overpriced or undervalued. Using your PSR analysis, the company has 29.4 million shares outstanding and multiplying this times .60/share, we get a market cap of 17.64 million. Applying $130,000/month rate X12 months(I do expect sales to go up considerably but use this in equation) you would get a PSR of 11.3. If what you are saying is true, and a fair valuation for a company with 70% profit margins should be 5 X sales, then this company should be trading at around .25/share right now. What am I missing?
