lobster, Actually, I bought both GIFI and MYL based on my own analysis and have made substantial profits (just dumb luck, I guess). I simply was interested in a P&F analysis at the time as I was unfamilar with the approach and did not have access to the charts. BTW, I notice that your hindsight view of the charts is not entirely consistent with the reads given then by Preston and Jan, but I guess we all see things the way we see things.... Yes, there are many effective TA tools for short-term trading and perhaps P&F is one of them, but for now I'm convinced that it is more suited to the lon-term. Maybe you're right, I just need to learn more about P&F. Thanks for the stock-picking lecture PR
