RR, After your first post I checked my monthly statements and noticed no credit for TD shares listed. I called the branch office spoke with the manager and stated my case. He stated just what you did no 10% when using internet trading. He patched me through to customer service and no success. They were going to notify another supervisor and call me back. No return call as yet. My contention is the letter clearly states "All customer/stockholers who own 100 or more shares of The Toronto-Dominion Bank will automatically receive an additional 10% discount each time they trade equity securities." As I said in a previous post the letter was revised 10/18/96. You would think they would have amended the letter by now. For sure I'm not the only person who questioned the 10%? I'll continue to speak with different people and once resolved will get back to you.

After repeated calls to an assortment of people throughout Waterhouse Securities I surrender. They won't give the discount to internet trades. Sure hope they change the letter they send to new shareholders of TD?

Do you still own any shares of TD? I wish it would start going up again. Seem like it going sideways waiting for government approval or something.
