I think I am missing something here, but, why would a buy out be better than ownership (shareholder) in a company that is making a ton "o" bucks dispensing DF-144 to all 50 states and the rest of the world? At a mere .05 nickle a gallon we would be worth a gigantic fortune.

If we have good management, the shareholders could be given dividends on the amount of shares they hold? Now, that would sure be a nice retirement nest egg.

Is the lure of a buy out should one come about be due to the faster pay off or what?
