Great post. The last thing LU wants to do is rejuvenate a has been networking company. BAY owns no technology that LU doesn't already have or can't get from a valley start-up (at a much better price !!). With ASND, at least they fill a hole in frame and pick up some up to date routing technology.

My only question to you is, for a guy who seems to have a decent knowledge of the net biz, why do you hold BAY at all ?
