I have been using Etrade since they started. NEVER depend on their news service. For cheap news, setup your startup page for Yahoo-business with your radar-stocks loaded in there (but it's delayed). "MyTrack" just came out with an inexpensive real time tracking service (with news). www.mytrack.com/signup.htm Etrade news never seems quite right. TPI provides both fax and email service to anyone requesting it. Send an email to Samantha at TPI giving here your email and fax addresses. It's really cool to see the fax machine fire up with TPI's fax service number on the display. dave
