Trader,

It is interesting for a company that has so many millions of shares outstanding to futher dilute the stock with a warrant dividend. It is also interesting for a company to make an announcement such as this so that all the day traders will have a field day that bought this stock at such a low price up to 7-8 cents to be able to dump it with all the people calling for there shares. Brokerages usually handle name changes through the transfer agency yet people are told to get physical possession. Something just ani't right!

I hear you...and I know that paradigm also. But a lot of people do think calling for certs is the ONLY way to force covering(besides the obvious one of strong buying).
