Someone should ask Paul why CMC refused to extend the Letter of Intent (which expired on May 4, 1998). According to CMC, USMC required CMC to sign a Letter of Intent in order to receive information that was necessary to consider a merger. That information was never delivered and the Letter of Intent expired. So, as of right now, NO MERGER!
