Perhaps, but thats politics. I imagine many a Congressman, and perhaps even our Great Leader, will come out in favor of MSFT publically. It gets back to the times are good scenario. These people are in the people pleasing business and also keep all options open. So publically they can scream that this is an injustice and an outrage and blah blah blah, thus appeasing the masses. But will they do anything substansive. I doubt it.
