Overall the Y2k stocks have been doing lousy. I guess this explains some of the problem today.

>> Pilots being bypassed not inventory & assessment. <<

Wasn't it a bearish arguement just a short while ago that pilots were not leading to I&A? Now we have news that companies are saying to hell with the pilots, let's roll right into I&A -- and that is supposed to be a negative?

I have had my finger on the sell button all morning trying to make sense of the price softness. There's no way I'm going to let these profits slip away. But with NMS in two days, the $10mm figure for this month, the new alliances, etc. -- it's not yet been possible for me to pocket these profits and face the tax man..... not yet.

Ravel: Repeat after me..."I will not check TAVA quotes more than three times a minute!!!"
Funny, our thread 'experts' (spell that S.H.O.R.T.S), are suddenly writing off TAVA completely, at the same time NASDAQ has accorded it NMS status.
Why are we agonizing over a quarter that 99% of us had written off anyway, for good and well-documented reasons?
I choose to align myself with the assessments of Ron Reece. Believe me, I'm not wed to this or any other stock. If I thought TAVA was a dog, I'd be long gone.
As far as the fading pilot programs, that was already covered by Jenkins at the Red Chip Review. Don't forget Kevin's comments during CC that full scale programs yield 8X the revenue of a pilot.
I was also pleased that emphasis was placed on the core business as opposed to Y2k. I think we all agreed that was what the institutionals needed to hear going forward.
While I was unable to hear the entire CC, I do remember a reference to the higher revenue potential of the Chemical, Petrochemical & Pharmaceutical sectors...where I believe TAVA already has a presence.
In closing, have you observed that TAVA has had several positive showings on down market days? With a possible painful correction on the horizon, this is an excellent place to be.
