hman, welcome to SI and this thread. This is an emerging company. It is very small but has one contract in the books and is looking to add more over the next couple months and years thereafter.

There are no SEC documents as of yet. This company plans on being fully reporting by the fourth quarter 1998(FY equivalent to calendar year). For more answers to your questions, call Kevin Holmes at Columbia Financial.

For question's & IR packet contact Kevin Holmes@ 410.321.1799. I don't think they have filed form 10 yet since they don't have any rev's..........just called Kevin H the target for full reporting is end of the year, possible even 3rd qtr.
