Terry, I believe the mid/end of April date was assumed by many on this thread because there was a misconception of ESVS form 8-K. The 8-K states: "Within 45 days after the data hereof, Zulu-Tek shall cause to be completed an audit of its financial statements (consolidated with subsidiaries) and shall pursue such audit for the year ended December 31, 1997 in the manner that will allow the audited financial statement to be available for the annual ENHANCED's stockholders meeting." See form 8-K to verify... Has anyone asked IR/PR firm when ESVS's annual stockholders meeting will be? I know last year it was held on May 20, 1997 and the year before it was held on June 17, 1996. See 1996 & 1997 10K for verification... CWIII
