It did not come out right on the cut and paste. Basically it said he has 4 million plus shares and he is registering up to 7 million for sale. BUT, as I read some of the foot notes, it shows that these 7 million were options granted to him which are exercisable. It seems he is just registering these share, which DOES NOT mean he is selling them. It just gives him the ability to sell them at a later date. All in all this could just be a wash. The options part still is interesting though. green
