According to the Semiconductor Industry Association...

March worldwide billings were down 4.9% this year and 0.9% sequentially. March three-month average worldwide semiconductor billings were $10.43 billion; down 4.9% from $10.97 billion a year ago, and down 0.9% sequentially.

Growth in the American markets continues to slow, with the latest
three-month average billings of $3.42 billion down 7.2% from a year ago and 3.4% sequentially.

I don't follow these things as closely as you do, but I sense the same thing going on. While is wrecks havoc with competition, does it concern you at all that Intel cannot profit as much from these innovations because of other limiting factors? What do you think their strategy is for pushing so hard? (Besides paranoia)
